Collectible Cars

The 1969 Impala S.S. Custom Coupe was not really one of those "Just Gotta Have It" cars. However we made the mistake (not really) of telling a friend "I love that car, if ever you sell it ... Call Me First." Sure enough, he needed some funds to finish his latest project and called to remind me of our conversation. After a bit of haggling and when we found out that the car came with a bunch of spare parts including glass, bumpers, stainless trim, door panels etc, the deal was done. "Bart" was already in "show" condition so there was little to do. A modified 427 motor and factory air means he is great to drive, the hideaway headlights are very cool and we can't wait to get him on the show circuit.

To be honest, we are a little sad to put Bart on sale, but space and a major new acquisition dictate that drastic action be taken. His black paint is flawless and the body is straight as an arrow. He's already won a First Place Best of Show award at the 2001 Super Chevy show with 996 out of 1,000 points. If you like to rumble and you don't mind people saying "WOW" then Bart is for you!
